Official letters and forms in English can be hard to understand. Many centres offer free translation help so you do not sign or agree to something you do not understand.

What to do: Ask your support worker or local Ukraine support centre about translation help for important documents and appointments. Show them your letters or forms and agree how they will help, for example by translating or coming with you.

What do you need: You need the original letters or forms and any deadlines or appointment dates.
