Student life can feel stressful or lonely, especially in a new country. Free, confidential counselling can help you talk through problems early.
What to do: Visit your university website or student support pages to find the counselling or wellbeing service, and read how to register. If you are not sure where to start, look at NHS mental health information for ideas and then complete the short online form or email to sign up.
What do you need: You need your student ID, contact details and a few words about what you would like help with.
Outcomes: You will be registered with the counselling service and can book sessions if you ever need to talk.
